Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Coderlust. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Free trials and free tier
Every product has a free tier with a meaningful monthly allowance. Use the free tier to evaluate whether the product is right for your business before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Monthly subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee:If you cancel your first paid month within 7 calendar days of the initial charge and have consumed less than 25% of the plan's usage allowance, we will refund the full amount.
- After 7 days or with significant usage: Monthly payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
3. Annual subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 30 calendar days of the initial annual charge, we will refund the full amount.
- After 30 days: We offer a pro-rated refund for the unused full months remaining, less any free-trial credit you may have received. Partial months are not refundable.
4. Failed services or extended downtime
If the Services experience a continuous outage of more than 24 hours attributable to us (not to upstream providers' outages outside our control), we will credit the prorated downtime to your next billing cycle or refund it on request.
5. AI output quality
Output produced by our AI tools (descriptions, captions, replies, recommendations) is generated by machine learning models and is best treated as a draft. We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI output quality.
6. How to request a refund
- Email support@coderlust.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include: your account email, the product(s) and plan(s) involved, the Razorpay payment ID(s), and a brief reason.
- We will acknowledge within 2 working days and process eligible refunds within 7–14 working days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your card issuer or bank. Most issues can be resolved by email faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending resolution.
